Perform ascending pull ups to pace the round.

Minute 1, 1 pull up

Minute 2, 2 pull ups

Minute 3, 3 pull ups…

Until you are no longer able to complete a round

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

-200M RUN

(Push Ups until partner returns)

-50 SQUATS *Together

-50 SIT UPS

-50 PULL UPS

This is a Partner/Team WOD. 1 partner runs while the others do Push Ups. Then upon return, all partners do the Squats together. Trade off when needed on Sit Ups and Pull Ups. Everyone must take turns running.

Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets
